How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Each Starforge system is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Typical lead times are 5-10 business days for assembly, followed by 3-5 days for transit depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my Starforge system?
All our PCs include a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also provide lifetime technical support to ensure your rig stays at peak performance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to support more international regions in the near future.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Yes. Our systems are built using standard off-the-shelf components, making them fully upgradeable. Note that opening the case does not void your warranty, but damage caused by third-party parts is not covered.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Systems must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
Are the PCs plug-and-play ready?
Absolutely. Every PC comes with Windows pre-installed, all necessary drivers updated, and a stress-test report to ensure it is ready for gaming the moment you unbox it.
