At Starforge Systems, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-performance PCs and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team through our portal with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your system.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible hardware defects.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original internal and external packaging, including the protective foam inserts, to ensure the components remain secure during transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received at our facility, our team will perform a full diagnostic inspection before processing your refund or shipping your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
